Our aim is it to support our customers in realizing visions on their mountains with creative ideas, technology and know-how from the first planning sketches until the operation of new facilities. We put a large emphasis on retaining the genius loci – the local spirit – and strive to find solutions which enhance the spezial character of each location in keeping with the locality. In the last ten years the company’s founder, Christoph Schrahe, has completed more than 30 projects for private companies and public authorities in the German low mountain ranges. These included the development of mountain destinations, both on regional and local scale.

Does your resort need a tourism impulse or growth? At the start of our work, your goal is our aim. We develop holistic visions and ideas based on thorough spatial analysis, tailored to your needs. We check feasibility within various parameters as feasibility depends on many aspects such as climate, length of season, costs, range of activities offered, local bye-laws and regulations, visitor numbers and respective turnover etc.
